Other amenities include high speed internet, large plasma screen TV’s, DVD player, game room with pool table and high quality artwork. Like our other high quality vacation properties our guests have come to enjoy, this luxurious beach home has it all. No expense was spared in our luxury rental, upgrades include: carpet, windows, tile, decking, railing, fireplaces, crown molding, base boards, window treatments, closet doors, entry doors, granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, washer and dryer, and beautifully refurnished with high end furniture through out the home. The Luxury Ocean View Beach House is spacious and complete to accomodate you and your guests for the ultimate California beach vacation experience. Beach rental unit features: * Bedroom #1- 1 master suite with one king size bed and an attached bathroom. * Bedroom #2- 1 queen size bed with full bathroom * Bedroom #3- 1 sets of bunk beds with full size bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Full bathroom * 1 Queen Sofa Bed * Additional Guest bathroom. * A full kitchen, dining, and three living areas. The Ocean View Beach House is just a quick walk to Capistrano Beach , or “Capo Beach,” as it’s called by locals, located in Orange County, just south of Los Angeles, between Laguna Beach and San Clemente. Dana Point is considered one of the most romantic towns in Southern California, sitting above the ocean amid the coastal bluffs and rolling hills. Dana Point is a wonderful location to shop, dine, play on the beach or just relax. There are many Italian, Mexican, Chinese and other unique restaurants in the area. You will be able to go for a nice ride on your bicycle to get to a superb restaurant. Capistrano beach, which was opened to the public in 1980, has a small town atmosphere, and has perfect sand for playing volleyball and other beach activities. During the summer months a refreshment stand is open, which has fishing gear and beach supplies, as well as food and beverages. Surfboards, roller blades and bicycles are all available for rent at Capistrano Beach. It is open every day of the year between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and several good restaurants are located nearby. Capistrano Beach is just 7 miles to the San Juan Capistrano Mission and 35 miles to Disneyland. Golf is available approximately 5 miles from Capistrano Beach. Basically, Our rental at Dana Point is far enough away from the major tourist spots such as Disneyland and Universal Studios to provide lots of privacy, quiet and relaxation for your vacation getaway. Yet, for convenience sake, it’s an easy drive to all of the well known Southern California vacation attractions. In contrast to the wide and sandy beaches located in the north part of Newport and Huntington Beach, Capistrano Beach offers narrower stretches at the base of its hills and cliffs. Capistrano Beach has perfect sand for volleyball, basketball and many other beach activities. A refreshment stand is open during the summer months, which has fishing gear, food, beverages and beach supplies. There are surf boards, roller blades and bicycles available for rent and seven volleyball courts and a basketball court.
