All of us had an AMAZING vacation. This house was perfect for our stay at the beach! There was a lot of room, a nice balcony with a great view of the ocean, and the beach was right across the street! I would highly suggest this property to everyone. It is in great condition and the property manager that I worked with was really helpful!

The entire place was amazing; every last detail was not skipped while decorating took place. The beds were very comfortable, the beach stuff came in very handy, and the shower head was amazing. Photos online of this property does it no justice! We will definately try to stay again if and when we visit Southern CA.

Annie Hoffa was very patient and helpful with the whole renting process; it was very easy. The house itself was great for my large group of friends because we rented both units. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone who just wants to get away for while and relax at a home away from home. I'll definitely be returning!

I love the setting, particularly the privacy of this beach house.  It is roomy and very family friendly.  Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house.  It is our second time at this exact location, we have had the whole house twice now and I love it.

BEST PLACE EVER! 12 of us stayed for 4 nights. Not only did it fit us perfectly, but it was so wonderful to hang out on the balcony, on the front porch, and in the open living room/kitchen/dining. I would recommend this to anybody and everybody coming to SolVista. It is a gorgeous mountain retreat!
